Higher calorie breakfast: Since seeing my endocrinologist, I’ve learned that I am not eating enough, which was pushing my body in starvation mode. My weekends are when I really cook and try different things. This was the first time I prepared this, needless to say I was excited to try it.
Baby spinach, onions, and chicken sausage. Seasoned with sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder
