Today, Healthy is the New Black, with the famous JJ Smith started. This time around it’s all about cutting white flour, white sugar breads, flour, etc from our diet for 30 days. I’ve already been doing that, except when I am ‘cheating’. There are two other really large changes: DEM system is no longer. It’s now DHEMM (detox, hormones, eat, mental mastery, and move). This woman is everything! I am just so excited I found someone who ‘gets it’. The second thing is an exercise regimen that focuses on our core and butt, which consist of squats, sit ups, and crunches. Umm.. yeah!
I didn’t make it, on any of it today. I got really distracted in a very bad way. However, my nerves are better, and I am going to bust Day 2 wide open!!! 🙂
