Vitamin D Update

I have gotten my numbers! I was at 14, not 16, when I went in to se my endocrinologist. As of last Friday, ive increased my numbers to 21.5. My target is 35.

I’ll take it!!

I have added milk back into my diet, because it’s full of vitamin D. With my milk, I have my outdoors time, and my vitamin D prescription. I will get there. I think that’s a huge jump in three weeks. I am looking forward to my next three weeks.

Now, I know why I am not drowsy anymore. I have real energy!
