I got up early and hit the streets!
I could have gotten my full 5k, but my nugget was tired. She ran to much in the beginning.
I am certain I got plenty of vitamin d this morning. I am only required to do 10 each squats, crunches, and situps; however since I skipped yesterday. I will complete yesterday’s numbers: 70 squats (20 done), 45 crunches, and 25 situps! I can do it!
