Whew! Umm. This week, I have failed miserably with my bread. Some crazy person introduced a new Thomas Bagel:
These things are so good, I’ve forgotten that I am NOT suppose to be eating this stuff. I’ve already scored myself a F for this week. I have however been doing my situps, crunches, and squats. Today is 10 situps, 50 crunches, and 45 squats.
To help me really get my crunches and situps in really well, without hurting myself, I’ve been doing them in my bed. Here’s the video showing how it can be done, with the full effect, but no strain. It really works.
What I really appreciate is the simplicity of the exercises, and they are not time consuming. The squats, I complete the old-fashioned way. So although, Old Thomas has put his hooks in me this week, I am still moving alone quite nicely.
