Today was not a challenge at all! I wanted some eggs for lunch, so I made a egg omelet full if veggies: broccoli, tomatoes, onions, and baby spinanch. It was served with a side of fresh strawberries. My lord! I just checked to see if I had taken a picture, and I guess not.
It doesn’t look like much, huh?
Well, my home is smelling so good right now!
Chopped up fried bacon pieces for additional seasoning in my mixed bag of cabbage; fresh corn on the cob; candied sweet potatoes. Those potatoes will serve as a veggie and a dessert. I did use real sugar for sweetening.
The cabbage smells divine. It’s seasoning with sea salt, black pepper, apple cider vinegar, garlic, fresh onions. My lord!
