No meat!

Today was not a challenge at all! I wanted some eggs for lunch, so I made a egg omelet full if veggies: broccoli, tomatoes, onions, and baby spinanch. It was served with a side of fresh strawberries. My lord! I just checked to see if I had taken a picture, and I guess not.

I have a cucumber/tomato side salad

Chopped up fried bacon pieces for additional seasoning in my mixed bag of cabbage; fresh corn on the cob; candied sweet potatoes. Those potatoes will serve as a veggie and a dessert. I did use real sugar for sweetening.

The cabbage smells divine. It’s seasoning with sea salt, black pepper, apple cider vinegar, garlic, fresh onions. My lord!

I can’t wait to eat. Happy Tuesday night, from my home to yours!

    Veggies contains more healthy lifestyle so I have to take this as a challenge for me to eat more healthy food. We dont buy a meat in our house but I have an eating issues so I consider this as a challenge coz I hate veggies in my entire life .
