Thank you JJ Smith

One day at a time, my life will change. This wasn’t a random video. It was after I had completed the DEM challenge, with JJ Smith’s VIP group, Healthy is the New Black. I posted this where Ms. JJ can receive it. That’s me and my bed head, but my truth.

I would, absolutely. it’s a great program, but I have found I need long term support. However, with what I have learned through JJ’s program, coupled with my decision to participate in the weight loss surgery program, I will have lifetime success. I learned a lot about food… good/clean/healthy food, by working with JJ. It’s great!

Ok and thank you. Sadly I had bariatric surgery almost 15 years ago.. Life and stress and the loss of my mother I’m 5-10 lbs away from where I started.. 😞… So I have to act now and fast..

I had a friend that regained, after about 5 years from the Gastric bypass. She had some major stressers, including Hurricane Katrina, a loss baby. She has since been able to successfully get almost all of the weight off, on her on. She lost about 200, and is not smaller than she was, right after the surgery. I have read that it’s a tool that never stops working. When it stops working, then we’ve stopped. So, there’s is time to get the weight off again.

      Much success to you!
